Matthew has over 20 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing space where he has managed projects for some of Australia’s largest Banks and Insurance companies. He takes pride in delivering the highest quality service while achieving the goals and Service Level Agreement’s set. Along with his years of experience in project and account management, a key driver of his success is his commitment to customer service and achieving results. He sees his role with the Centre as a way to indirectly keep the NSW workers healthy and safe in their workplace, thus using his skills and knowledge to contribute to the community.

Senior Business Support Officer

Claire brings extensive experience in project and contract management from the live entertainment and property services industries. Leading complex and challenging projects such as responsive venue operations and adaptive programming during the pandemic, strategic audience development and stakeholder engagement, delivering major facility upgrades, and overseeing building compliance for fire regulations. Claire holds a Graduate Certificate in Management and comes to us from a leadership role within local government, where her passion for accessible theatre and live music introduced Auslan interpreted theatre at her regional venue and presented artists such as Kate Miller-Heidke, Kate Ceberano, and James Morrison.

Sally holds a Bachelor of Information Studies and has held positions in higher education, research governance, project and information management, and community outreach. They bring to the Centre their skills in information gathering, curation, and collaboration, as well as an enthusiasm for technology and creating opportunities for change and continuous improvement.
